Michele M. Lenoff

Michele was born in Maryland. Michele received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors at the age of 18 from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Michele was awarded a Master’s Degree in Community Clinical Psychology at the age of 20 and worked as a therapist for two years before attending law school. Michele started law school at the University of Maryland and upon marriage transferred to Nova Southeastern Law School where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate with Honors. During law school Michele was an editor on the Law Review and earned three book awards. Michele was the focus of an article in the Washington Post which emphasizes her intellect and personality. Michele speaks Hebrew and English.

Michele was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987. Michele began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Mel Grossman in Broward County, Florida and then joined a well established Broward County law firm. Michele taught at Nova Southeastern Law School before joining her husband and creating a boutique law firm. In 1991 Michele was appointed by the Chief Judge of Palm Beach County to serve as a part-time Traffic Magistrate in Palm Beach County, a position she retired from in June 2020. Michele’s practice is now entirely focused on serving her clients.

Michele is proud of her reputation for providing clients with honest and effective legal representation. Michele’s reputation has produced both client loyalty and longstanding client relationships. Michele is an agent for the real estate title insurer The Fund, writing policies on Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Michele is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section and the South Palm Beach County Bar and the Broward County Bar. Michele is admitted to all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Steven Lenoff

Steven was born in Virginia. Steven attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors. Steven was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Steven studied law at University of Maryland where he obtained a Juris Doctorate with Honors. Steven speaks English and Spanish.

Steven was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1984. Steven began his career as an Assistant State Attorney working under Janet Reno in Miami-Dade County, Florida. He then joined a large national law firm before starting his own firm. While in private practice, Steven represented the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida in municipal prosecutions. His experience as an attorney working on behalf of the State of Florida, the City of Deerfield Beach and in the large law firm serves him well today in addressing his current clients’ needs. He understands how government and large and small firms work – and that knowledge is important in litigating, negotiating and resolving his cases today. Steven will always give straightforward counsel, telling his client what he or she needs to know to make informed decisions, even though such advice may not be what they want to hear. Steven has litigated in many counties in Florida and was the lead attorney in Hill v. Davis, a case he won in The Florida Supreme Court establishing precedent in Florida probate law.

Steven spends time in the courtroom, lately on Zoom, in hearings and in trial. When he is not in the courtroom, Steven devotes considerable time to carefully studying the facts and law applicable in his cases, conducting discovery, preparing documents for Court filings, and preparing for hearings and trials. Steven has earned a reputation for effectively representing his clients in difficult fights. His primary focus is litigation and disputes involving real estate, wills, trusts, estates, and inheritances. Some of the areas Steven addresses are: the leasing, ownership and use of real estate, business transactions, will contests, undue influence, lack of mental capacity, and challenges to wills and trusts. Steven is an agent for the real estate title insurer The Fund, writing policies on Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Steven is a member of the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section as well as the South Palm Beach County Bar and Broward County Bar. Steven is admitted to all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court.
